Exhaust Coatings

Exhaust coatings provide a bike with a custom look that doesn't go away just because it's ridden. The polished aluminium finish will not turn blue or gold like chrome and stainless, rather it maintains it's polished billet aluminium look; which is why HPC's HP1 has become the finish of choice by many customers,world wide. It matches billet grips, forward controls, forks, risers, and many other billet bits.

Engine Coatings

HPC offers a variety of engine coatings for improved horsepower and the promotion of longer engine life. HPC's piston coatings are especially suited to motorcycle engines. This two-step process provides a Thermal Barrier Coating to the piston's combustion face and a lubritic dry film coating on the skirt. Thermal barrier coatings help maintain combustion temperature and prevent heat soak to the rings, which could otherwise result in lost compression and excessive oil consumption. HPC's DF1 coating on the skirt greatly reduces friction and prevents scuffing and galling of the cylinders.
